As I say goodbye to 2014, it's hard to believe the year is coming to an end. It's been such a wonderful year full of beautiful experiences and new challenges. I am so incredibly thankful for my loving family and dear friends. I'd also like to give a special thanks to all my readers for all your continuing support on the ever-evolving Summers In Style.  Thanks for coming along for the ride.  Have a very happy and sparkling new years!

Holiday Glow!

In collaboration with Lindsay Parks Photography, I am happy to share the W's latest photo series, Holiday Glow! 

Over the last eight years, Lindsay Parks has beautifully captured our favorite family memories. With each passing year, unique photo ideas require more creative planning than the year before. Even with the best planning, Holiday Glow still depended on a cooperative baby and a happy three year old. Who knew that minimizing tantrums by bribing Easton with candy and breastfeeding Emory, all while trying to maintain a photo-ready smile, would be so difficult?

Ultimately, this beautiful series was worth all the screaming and tears, most coming from on my end. Hope you enjoy our latest collaborative effort and thanks again to Lindsay Parks for her amazing patience and talent.

Art Fun Friday

Happy Art fun Friday everyone! Wow, can you tell how much I love fall and all the fun Halloween festivities? This weekend, my boys had a ball picking out silly and scary faces with Martha Stewart's pumpkin transfer DIY. Since, we like to wait and carve our pumpkins on Halloween weekend, this pumpkin DIY is perfect because it applies simply with water just like a temporary tattoo and extends the life of your pumpkin throughout the holiday season. Think Pink

In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM), One Wish Two Sparkle's latest campaign shoot, Think Pink, was done in collaboration with Lindsay Parks Photography. Together we hope to raise breast cancer awareness and support early detection screening.
